She is so personable, very knowledgeable with a wide range of experiences, and you can easily tell how much she cares about the children and parents she works with. Paige C I took my 2 children to Lone Star Kids this past week and had such a great experience all around. The waiting room was very clean and had plenty of toys to keep my two toddler boys occupied while I filled out paperwork. The nurse who saw us was so kind and fun with my kids. Dr. Rick spent more time than any pediatrician has ever taken to talk to me in detail about each of my boys. I felt very heard and cared for during the entire experience. We just found the best pediatrician. Dr Cash is so good. She listens to you without rushing you. She is just sooo good. The office is also very clean and the front staff are friendly also. Thank you Dr Cash for the awesome first visit.

Mohit V This place is what we were in need of when we moved to the Prosper neighborhood and our child became unwell. Requesting an appointment was so easy. Our insurance was easily and quickly verified on phone and we were all set. They have the first time patient forms online so you can fill them up online and save time. Everything was paperless. The ladies at the front desk Tasha and Megan are super helpful and got us checked in in no time. The rooms are pleasantly decorated in a child friendly manner. Dr Susan is awesome! The way she made our child comfortable in a few minutes. was marvelous. They were kind enough and thoughtful to give us printed prescriptions as well, thinking we have just moved and may run into pharmacy insurance loops. Extremely happy with this clinic and everyone whom we have met there! We are so relieved we found this place.Mohit V

Very nice office. Front desk and staff are excellent. Very easy to get sick appointments on the same day. Our pediatrician was excellent but she just recently left. It’s very close to home and that’s an added plus!

All staff is so caring and co-operative, i am visitimg here when my first born was only 5 months old now i have 2 kids and my both kids are under dr piehl. I love dr piehl and she is sooo amazing. Absolutely So amazing with our babys and takes all the time to answer all our questions and very responsive to messages. Everyone in the office is so friendly and great with kids and we love coming here and highly recommend Dr Piehl and her team!

From the front desk to the back of the house, everyone treated my littles with care and the cherry on top was the attention to detail when it came to me a talkative dad. I can't say thank you enough and that the kids wouldn't stop raving about their experience. Not too often do you get kiddos wanting to come back and get a check up. Again thank you and I hope you all continue to grow like the rockstars you are.

Linzee P Being a first time mom can be overwhelming and stressful, especially after spending a month in the NICU. I had trouble finding a pediatrician who would see my daughter as she has some ongoing issues to be monitored. I called every pediatrician in the area, and Lone Star Kids Care was the only place even willing to speak to us. Nicholas at the front desk is extremely professional, patient and helpful. Dr. Kuboye was the doctor we saw and I couldn’t be happier. She greeted us in the hallway before even seeing us. Her bedside manner was great - she was kind, patient, and reassuring.
