Subject: Important Update Regarding Our Prosper Location

Dear Lone Star Kids Care families,

We are writing to share an important update regarding Lone Star Kids Care.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Prosper location. Our last day of operations at this office will be June 5^th, 2026.  This decision was not made lightly, and it comes after thoughtful evaluation of how we can best continue to serve our patients and families.

Please know that your child’s care remains our top priority. We would be honored to continue caring for your family at our Allen location, where our team will be ready to welcome you. Our Allen office will continue to offer the same high-quality care and services you have come to expect.

If you would prefer to transition care to another provider, we completely understand and will gladly assist you. Medical records can be transferred to your new provider upon request, and our team is committed to processing these requests as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
